Last year, Elvis and his team of decorators and builders carried out a full exterior redecoration of our mansion block. His work is finished to a very high standard and his team are mainly family members, all of whom have good skills. The site was kept tidy and the speed of his work meant that we were able to remove scaffold two weeks earlier than expected. We were pleased with his quotation and he held his price without adding unexpected extras.
We have recently used his firm again to deal with a long-standing roof leak which required the removal of the interior ceiling and cornice in the common parts. The roof works required a large new lead apron and surface flashing which has finally solved a problem which other builders were not able to deal with over the past two and a half years. The interior has been restored to its original condition and all decorations completed to a high standard (including forming a matching cornice by preparing a template and using plaster of Paris to form an identical profile).
we intend to engage his firm to carry out the full exterior redecoration of the West flank of the building in the next few months. we are completely satisfied that his work will meet our exacting standards.
He is currently engaged in the exterior refurbishment and decoration of a four-storey town house in Pimlico which is part of our property portfolio.
